Kuber Finance is an online lead generation and referral platform that connects customers with registered Banks, Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs), and financial service providers.

  • We do not charge any upfront fees, processing charges, or advance payments from users for submitting a loan inquiry on our website.

  • Our basic loan inquiry service is 100% Free for all applicants.

2. Application Cancellation Policy

  • Before Processing: You can cancel your loan inquiry at any time before your details are processed or forwarded to our lending partners by emailing us at pavankumar1aq@gmail.com with your registered Name and Mobile Number.

  • After Processing: Once your application is forwarded to a lending partner (Bank/NBFC), the cancellation will be subject to the terms and conditions of that respective financial institution. You may inform the bank representative directly when they contact you if you no longer wish to proceed.

3. Refund Policy

Since we do not collect any payments, fees, or charges directly from users for submitting a loan inquiry on our website, the question of a direct refund from our platform does not arise.

  • No Advance Fees: We strongly advise users NEVER to pay any upfront fee, file charge, or advance money to anyone claiming to represent us or guaranteeing a loan approval.

  • Third-Party Processing Fees: If a lending institution (Bank/NBFC) charges an official loan processing fee during formal loan sanctioning, that fee is governed solely by the respective bank's refund policy. We hold no responsibility for fees paid directly to third-party lenders.

4. Fraud Prevention & Advisory

We follow strict Google Ads policies regarding fair financial practices:

  • We never guarantee loan approval.

  • We never ask for password, UPI PIN, OTP, or advance deposit for loan approval.

  • If you receive any suspicious call/email asking for money in exchange for loan approval under our name, please report it immediately to pavankumar1aq@gmail.com.
